Purchasing Overview

Follow these easy steps to purchase a lot:

1.  Fill out the Lot Reservation Form on the site and submit it.  This will reserve your choice of lot(s) for 24 hours.

2.  Print the contract on your local printer.  Make two copies, fill out and sign.

3.  Telephone (870) 368-3195 to arrange for the faxing of the contract, submission of earnest money and discussion of a closing date.

Earnest money may be paid by check (priority overnight delivery) or electronic funds transfer.  If your choice is EFT, Lakeside Ranch will give you the necessary account information for the transfer.  Earnest money must be $1,000.00 or 3% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.

4.  Fax the contract & send/transmit your earnest money.

If accepted, you will be notified by E-Mail and your contract will be signed and faxed back to you.

5.  Mail or express the original signed contract in two copies within five working days of the notification of acceptance to:

The contract will be signed and one copy mailed back to you.

If you cannot come to Arkansas for the closing, Lakeside Ranch will make arrangements for local representation for you.

The agent will contact you regarding closing, viewing of the lot, transmission of the remainder of the purchase price, and sending you your deed, Subdivision plat, copy of the restrictive covenants or Deed of Dedication and Bill of Assurance, septic system permit, and closing documents.

6.  Come to Arkansas & see your beautiful lot.
